Fiberglass Tubes

Roll rolling is mainly used for manufacturing tubes. In the “Roving” continuous glass fiber strands winding process, they are impregnated in Polyester, Vinyl Ester or Epoxy resin and wound helically on a Mandrel at the exact angle. Thus providing maximum mechanical resistance to the product.

With the coiled tube, there is greater resistance obtained by continuous filaments, a smaller wall thickness and a reduction in direct labor during rolling.

Application: Fuses
High insulation resistance
Flameproof
High temperature
THS manufactures 3 types of flame retardant tubes:

TYPE THST0 conf. UL -V0-

TYPE THST1 conf. UL -V1-

TYPE THST2 cong. UL -V2-
