The On and Off Rotary Switches can be applied as a general switch on machines, equipment and electrical panels. They can be manufactured in up to 24 poles, with 3 or 4 poles being the most common applications. They are often applied with the addition of the padlock holder accessory (S33), which allows the key to be locked during maintenance through the use of up to 3 simultaneous padlocks, ensuring security for the maintenance team. Application currents range from 10A to 250A at 690vac.
THS Rotary Keys are manufactured in 4 size families. The maximum dimensions and drilling dimensions for fixing the keys to the equipment are given in the following tables. The dimensions basically depend on the key size family (D0, D1, D2 or D2x2), the type of key fixation (at the top, “E” or at the base, “V”) and the number of chambers that make up the key .
